Airports are busy places, a vortex of wasting time and endless waiting. It can be easy to loose track of time, listening to music and watching videos, or perhaps you’re just in a loud and busy shop, regardless, it can be easy to miss public announcements with your flight information. But what if we could hear these announcements through our headphones, as well as getting notifications on our phones.
We partner with a popular app such as Spotify to sync with specific flight details to change the way we receive our flight updates. The user is prompted to enter their flight details, no matter what airline, when inside the airport. The app filters all announcements so you only receive notifications in relation to your flight. These notifications appear on our home screen, and if you’re listening through your headphones, your stream is also momentarily interrupted to play the PA.
